I was very pleased. Usually they offer needed services same day but they were booked up so I was accommodated to return the next day to place my rear brake pads. i wish they had instructions or signs so you know what to do when you get to the dealership. you can be standing there and not knowing where to go. i’ve been to other dealerships and they either approach you do when you get to the dealership. you can be standing there and not knowing where to go. i’ve been to other dealerships and they either approach you to offer help, or point you to the right department. the guy that helped us knows what he’s doing, and give us a complete detail, and is ready when we got the call that car was ready.
