It was not a good day. The workers were overwhelmed. Apparently according to the workers, they booked 20 appointments on the 8 AM slot. Luckily, I had my email confirmation for the oil change. They did forget my request for car wash so I requested again. Not sure what was happening at that time cause the car went in and around the car wash 3 times unwashed while the others were going in and out. Took about another 15 minutes. Just felt like the place got too big to be managed and even get personal on some level. From someone outside, looking in, it was chaos. Hopefully better next trip. Fingers crossed. More
This is such a GREAT dealership! We initially contacted them online in June ‘22 about a vehicle. Vinnie responded within minutes to our inquiry. The vehicle we liked had recently been reserved, but we were offered other options. We told Vinnie we wanted a particular vehicle trim package etc and we were informed we could reserve it. He kept in constant communication throughout the entire delivery process. We happily met him on 9/24/22 for the delivery of our truck! Honestly, the entire process seemed too good to be true. This business manager deserves recognition also for employing such honest, hardworking professionals! There are many dealerships that over promise and under deliver during these times of short supply. This was by far the best vehicle purchase we have ever had! Thank you so much for assisting us and getting my husband the truck he’s been wanting!! More

Unfortunately it was reversed on checkout; inexperienced service rep and manager that would not explain the service done or work with me on the billing. Car service took 1 day later than expected after already being late one day due to part delay. Pretty sure they even bent my license plate. Would rather drive to SF Toyota then return. More
