I’ve only brought my car here since purchasing. With exception of having a tire repaired after a nail at a tire shop . I then brought my car for service and was told they were unabl to remove l whe With exception of having a tire repaired after a nail at a tire shop . I made an appointment for service. It took them 25 minutes after the assigned time to make contact with me and get going. When I asked what is the point of making an appointment if we It took them 25 minutes after the assigned time to make contact with me and get going. When I asked what is the point of making an appointment if we are not going to be attended too and the response was oh the customer service booked 3 people at the same time. So I left my car for regular service for oil change and tire rotation, I was told that they will text me once the car was ready to be picked up. I waited 4 hours but no contact yet from the dealership, so I called and asked if my car was ready and I was told the service specialist by the name Heidi was busy and that she will call me back, right after I hang up the phone I received a text that the car was ready to be picked up. That tells you that I had to remind them so they can text and let me know that my car was ready to pick up, god knows for how long my car was ready for pick up but do to their lack of customer service and been disorganized. To make things worse, when I got there to pay and pick up my car the cashier she had a nasty attitude. This is the last I will take my car to this dealership, very disappointed with customer service.
