the service advisor (Heidi) received my car at around 11:21am but the actual work was finished at around 2:45pm however no words from her and she was nowhere to be found. She was not on her table and the car was only released when somebody finished the paperworks. I got my car at around 3:30pm. I will probably take my car to a different autonation branch next time I need a schedule check-up. More

When we were inquiring about the new RAV4 XLE, and Ramin (the seller) was nice because he's trying to sell a new car to us. When the new RAV4 came, during the financing deal, they gave me a higher interest (the seller) was nice because he's trying to sell a new car to us. When the new RAV4 came, during the financing deal, they gave me a higher interest rate of 5.4%, plus they keep wanting to sell to me the extended warranty. I refused the extended warranty because Toyota provided 2 year free maintenance program. After a bunch of talking back and forth, John, the finance manager, decided to give me smaller interest rate of 4.4% so that John could sell me the extended warranty. I really didn't want to purchase the extended warranty because Toyota provided a 2 year free maintenance program. But John kept pushing to sell the extended warranty to me. At last, my monthly payment is still pretty high because I was forced to purchase the extended warranty. Not very happy about it :( More
