Overall, my experience with this dealership is very good. I usually go to them over anyone else because of the excellent customer service. They work very hard to go above and beyond. My only concern is the wait time and the lack of organization when checking in. I showed up at 7:55 for an 8:00 AM appointment but did not get seen until 8:20AM. And because of the confusion of the drive-up people who arrived after me were seen before me. That was very frustrating. They definitely need to find a way to make sure customers are seen in the order in which they arrive. More

My catalytic converter was stolen from my 2016 Corolla. Qais was my car repair advisor at the dealership and I couldn’t ask for a better advisor during this difficult time. He was very patient and very courteous every time I spoke with him. He worked extra hard trying to locate a catalyst converter for my year of car and also worked extremely hard with my car insurance. He maintained professionalism during the entire time while my car was being repaired and gave me constant updates. He was always consistent and I cannot thank him enough for taking his time to work with me through this process. Even when I went to pick up the car he maintained his same level of professionalism. The cashier Sarah was also nice and friendly. More
