Had a terrible experience here, two years ago and decided to give it another shot and the people worked with this time did redeem themselves. My service provider worked at checking my car to find the problem. It was a dead battery which they replaced and only charged for the battery and not the labor. Easy to pay and pick up my car. Hi, Last Friday I brought my 2021 Camry in for the last of my free services ,oil, and tire rotation. I had a 7:00 A.M. appointment and was the 2nd car in line, the service person taking care of me had my k of my free services ,oil, and tire rotation. I had a 7:00 A.M. appointment and was the 2nd car in line, the service person taking care of me had my keys and told me it would take 2 hours! I was a little concerned about that because the last time I came in for service I was first in line and was out the door in a hour and 20 minutes. My service person knew I was not happy about the fact that it was going to take so long so he came to see me once with a update and said my car would be ready about 9:30 a.m. Long story short my car was finished at 9:50 a.m. Over 2 and a 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I even talked to the manager of the service Dept , she said can I help you and I said yes, can you please tell me why its taking so long for a oil change and tire rotation, I was 2nd car in the shop this morning and its been 2 1/2 hours..No apology or im sorry sir, the reply was it should be ready any minute.. Why would a oil change and tire rotation take so long?? SMH More
