On July 6, 2025 I bought a 2025 Toyota Tacoma, the two front tires were missing the center cap and also a key fob the sales consultants Basir who was helping us promise he was going to getting and his man front tires were missing the center cap and also a key fob the sales consultants Basir who was helping us promise he was going to getting and his manager Lamaine approved. I call him after 2 weeks with no answer until August 8 he text me and told to go on August 14 to get the key fob he was not there or Lamaine his manager and no body knew anything I was question why they have to give me a 2nd key finally I got it then I talk to Carlos Saldivar a manager about 2 center caps he suppose order them he said 2 days they will arrive or he was going to call me is September 22 and no call or parts missing. I call Carlos Saldivar many time and he is always busy and never return my calls I text Basir on September 12 he said he order them again but now September 22 and no call no text with any updates. Be really carful make sure when you get a car there you get everything before you take the car other wise you will never get anything that is missing. More
