The service center is really unorganized. I scheduled an appointment online but was still considered "walk-in" because the staff I was assigned to on the appointment stopped working there. Th I scheduled an appointment online but was still considered "walk-in" because the staff I was assigned to on the appointment stopped working there. That also means I had to unnecessarily wait longer even though I had confirmation of an appointment. As I sat in my car, I could hear the staff cursing under their breath, bad mouthing each other, and it was an awkward environment. Finally when I came to get my car two hours after they had called me to say it was ready, I had to wait because they misplaced my keys. Also, I had to wait because only when I arrived did they put my car through the car wash... why call me if it's not 100% ready? Everyone seems stressed and unorganized. I was never introduced to the new staff that was servicing/assigned to my car. More
