The Salesman was very informative and did not pressure me. The General Manager was definitely reasonable about negotiations on my trade and the Finance department was very efficient. The service department at a AutoNation Toyota Hayward is by far the worst I have been to in all of Northern California. I take my car in for it's every 5000 miles maintenance check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenan check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenance service I had a problem with the tire pressure light coming on, bought it back to Toyota and was turned away because they're to busy. Found a place that helped rectify the problem. I'm having the same problem again after my 124, 891 service maintenance. A few days of driving and the tire pressure light is on again. As much money I spent for my maintenance service I am not a happy customer! More
