I have a pending service to replace my windshield washer nozzle. The technician diagnosed the issue and discovered an additional part needed to be ordered. The part will not arrive for a few days. So, I took back my car and when I got home, I opened the hood. The hood liner was messed up and barely hanging on to the hood. The two clips that attached the hood liner were missing, and the liner was ripped. Keep in mind, no one has ever removed the hood liner on my 2012 Toyota Sienna. I will be talking to the Service Manager and will be confronting the Service Advisor and Technician about this. I expect excellent service from the dealer. I am very disappointed by this experience. More
