Haven't bought a new car in my life, so wasn't looking forward to the experience. I do my homework so I was very ready. I felt like they considered their time valuable (spending as little time with us as needed to make the sale) and our time was not very valuable (waiting for documents, waiting for computer systems, waiting for salespeople who were focused on other work/clients). Ultimately, things went fine and the people were nice, but I felt like the patient at the doctors office where you spend a rushed 10 minutes with nurses and a rushed 5 minutes with the doctor, but most of your time just waiting to get your number called, waiting for the nurse to return and waiting on the doctor to show up. We got the car we wanted at a fair price, but it doesn't make me want to buy a new car again. More
