I was told by the staff that the maintenance would take 2 hours, but I got my car back 4 hours later. Took my car for B1 service which is oil change and tires rotation. Picked it up when done and on my way home all the alarm came on like tire pressure alarm and all tires are all un even pressure. I called and left messages and no one called me back. Called the customer service and transferred my call and went to the answering machine. Very unhappy customer..Now I need to go back and to take of thisi is time consuming. More
Dealership is okay. They force you to pay for paint protection, which was overpriced ($3,000 on a Tacoma) and not done very well (it has creases at some “corners”). For that price you would expect XPEL on all painted surfaces, but it was only on the front facing surfaces and only half the hood, which looks ridiculous. This should be optional and clearly communicated that it is only on half of the hood. More
