I’ve been here before with my old car but I brought my new purchase here for a recall service and just an oil change. The welcoming service was okay, I’m aware of the “upselling” from previous years of us new purchase here for a recall service and just an oil change. The tech that handled my car’s case didn’t ask my name but instead the first owner on the car popped up and he asked if this service was for this precious owner. I had given the tech my recall paperwork with my name and address so instead of trying to upsell, analysis of the situation should have occurred first. Once I picked up my car, the recall service provided was within the fuel tank and I noticed my fuel was well below half a tank when I pulled in with a full tank. So this had to be addressed. After my gas was replaced, I noticed my car did not have a cleared “maintained required see dealership” message even though I ordered an oil change. Additionally, I was not offered a car wash as previously experienced. All cars are provided with a dealership inspection of the brakes, tires etc and no one went over that with me as I previously experienced here before. The cashier also did not go over with me what service was provided and what cost I was paying for. The tire rotation I added last minute was not referenced on the receipt but I know tires were changed as I have a scrape on one and it was moved to the back. I just felt this service was not was I’m used to in the past, about 2-3years prior with my first purchase. I am a little disappointed… More
I scheduled my 10K service for 9:00am and I arrived at 8:45. They did not check me in until 9:10 after I asked to see the assigned rep. The then sent me to another person. I asked them to check out that the lift gate opener did not work properly by foot movement or show me how to do it. Nobody knew how to do it so I said figure it out and let me know when the car is done. I waited at the dealer for 2 1/2 more hours then finally went to see where my car was, as nobody texted me that it was done. Another agent went and had someone check to see if the car was done. It was and they went to get it a few minutes later. I asked about the liftgate question and was told it worked but in reality it does not work most of the time. Nobody seemed to know what the problem is and said they would have to check into it and let me know. Needless to say nobody has contacted me a week later. Why did it take 2 1/2 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires and not even solve my problem with the liftgate and have an appointment to do all of this? More
Well I got ripped off again as usual. I got charged $271 dollars for a 65,000 mile service that only needed to change the automatic transmission fluid. Took car in for oil change… oversight/sloppy work led to a full engine replacement followed by transmission replacement after 3 months in the shop. Got my car back still not right. First of all, I bought a 2013 Evo X from them, bought it and signed all the paperwork just to find out it won’t be ready for a week , no biggie right I can wait (They needed a knuckle to replace) and while and signed all the paperwork just to find out it won’t be ready for a week , no biggie right I can wait (They needed a knuckle to replace) and while replacing the knuckle they JUST noticed they needed a new Speed Sensor because they broke the old one so there goes another week waiting. This “New” Speed Sensor comes in and the Parts Manager ordered the wrong part for the WRONG model of the car so BOOM after week goes by , then I get a call saying they broke the Computer Electronic and they have to order it from Japan. WHO IN THE HECK ARE WORKING ON THESE CARS??? WHOS DOING THE INSPECTION???? WHY WOULD THEY SELL A CAR THATS NOT EVEN READY??? Also another thing when I was signing the papers THEY CLAIMED it had 0 RECALLS , then going through the papers it has 2 DIFFERENT recalls?!!??!!? THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM! I hope no one goes through this. Terrible Service. Terrible Mechanics. More
My Experience with this Dealership I bought new car on March 23, 2019. Right after getting the key, I found a defect in the car. The sales manager promised to fix that. After a lot of begging, the part got replaced but the technician mis-assembled the dashboard and it was falling apart. I noticed that after reaching home. I am not getting any further help from the dealership since I am just one customer out of a billion customers they may have. I tried to reach Toyota Customer Service but they are so busy that even after one month of continuous begging, they are not able to reach out to dealership to get this so called "New Car" repaired for no fault of mine. I have lost all my enthusiasm of new car and all the money that I paid for NEW car. More
The dealer doesn't stand behind the cars they sell. I bought a new Tacoma. In 2 days I noticed the speedometer was way off. I took it to the dealer and got the runaround. I later got a video on my phone I bought a new Tacoma. In 2 days I noticed the speedometer was way off. I took it to the dealer and got the runaround. I later got a video on my phone of sitting at a stop light and the speedometer showed 40mph. They accepted the video and called Toyota for advice. They said to replace the entire cluster, but they were on back order. Autonation said they would call when the part was available. 28 days later with no truck I called the dealership. They had no information. I called Toyota and explained what was going on. They checked, found the history and noted that the part had been ready for 8 days. Toyota shipped the part, called Autonation and it was installed the next morning. I was 2 days from the Lemon Law kicking in. Autonation could care less. They are not your advocate if you have a defect. More
