Communication from the service staff needs improvement. Bryant, my service advisor, said he'll check in with me regarding a loaner car the next day. However, he failed to mention it was his day-off and I w Bryant, my service advisor, said he'll check in with me regarding a loaner car the next day. However, he failed to mention it was his day-off and I was waiting all day until I followed up again in the afternoon. A lady then sent a message to have a manager call me back the same day -- the manager left already for the day. I decided to return to the dealer on the second day and I was told that there are no loaner cars available, but my car would be done later in the afternoon. A courtesy phone call from the dealer to update me on my car status would have saved me multiple visits. More
