Typically felt taken care of but this time if I didn't keep asking questions we were going to be charged for serviced that were already done 12k ago. Didn't even want to mention that about 30% of one of the jobs was covered by the first. If I hadn't kept asking questions the service advisor would have just taken our money. The only answer I received from the service advisor was that they have to quote it separately, but they would have worked with us. Mind you this was after about 5 minutes of me trying to drag complete answers out the service advisor. Then was told the car would be pulled up. Gentleman who had the keys was walking around the back parking lot pressing the alarm button for 5 minutes while I am standing beside it next to the back door of the service center. Had to remove their paper floor mat and plastic seat covering and walk into a service bay to throw away. I guess they don't sanitize the vehicles anymore. Overall, not impressed like I typically am. Going to get the work completed elsewhere by someone I feel we can trust. More

Recent service experience was outstanding. Despite being short staffed, I was given excellent service by all advisors who assisted me. I was able to speak with a technician directly about my car and the iss short staffed, I was given excellent service by all advisors who assisted me. I was able to speak with a technician directly about my car and the issues I was having. He listened, responded thoroughly, and taught me more in the 20 minutes I spent with him then any Toyota service advisor at any dealership ever had. I am incredibly grateful for the time he spent with me and the knowledge I gained. Keep up the great work Hayward team! More

Bryant Macias was very helpful, service was done in a reasonable time. What I didn’t like was receiving an email Saturday saying I had scheduled an appointment for June.
