The purchase process was simple and non haggle. However, when it came to the warranty, be careful. They talk you down by starting you at a high interest rate and then tell you you are getting the w However, when it came to the warranty, be careful. They talk you down by starting you at a high interest rate and then tell you you are getting the warranty cheaper and then just swap your interest rate and you end up with 10k in warranties. Which makes you upside down 10k in equity. They will tell you you have the same payment but you ended up paying 10k over the cost of the car. Most likely people don’t use that much In Repairs during the life of the warranty and if something breaks you most likely will save money just laying out of pocket. I’ve tried to cancel the warranties but it has been very difficult and the finance manager, Henry seems to of disappeared. More
Ramon was very nice to deal with . He put me on a waiting list and was able to get me the while I am still waiting for response from other dealers in the area. The operator told me I can drop off my car there earlier so that I can go do other errands. I arrived around 10:50 am and an assistant greeted me and left a service tag on the windshield. I waited 10 minutes and no one helped me. I don't really have a favorite advisor so I told the assistant anyone can help me. He went inside and never came out again. I then talked to someone at the front desk to see if I can leave my key in the car and they said "no". Finally, at 11:25 am, Mario finally came to help me. He attitude was cold and when I picked up my car at 2 pm, he never said a word or thanked me. More
