AutoNation Toyota, you folks probably need to hire more technicians, since, you don’t have enough time to clean/vacuum the interiors. I was surprised to see mud and dust on the car mats (same as prior serv technicians, since, you don’t have enough time to clean/vacuum the interiors. I bought the service contract when I purchased the car. I have had three services. I had an 8:00 AM, appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:40 AM. I was able to leave my car at the appointment tim I have had three services. I had an 8:00 AM, appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:40 AM. I was able to leave my car at the appointment time and I picked it up at 2:30 PM. I worked with Thomas and he was great! This was the best turnaround time (no waiting a long time for drop off and pick up) out of my three experiences. The previous two were not very timely, so I hope that this is the new standard. More
