Very frustrating service department. No one seems to talk to each other, nor care. Scheduled service, arrived at time, 3 guys asked me what I needed and I told them I had a service appo No one seems to talk to each other, nor care. I came for the recall on my toyota, I don't know exactly what they did, but they replaced something with the air bag and now I guess I'm more safe than what I was. I think they also put air in my tires, but then they said, "you have corrosion" on your battery. And they said it was going to be 50 dollars to clean it off which in my opinion , just doesn't make any sense. Service department takes care of the car and truck the way I like. If there are more issues than my battery or tires or oil service they locate it and tell us and we decide if we will move forward or not. way I like. I had a great experience at AutoNation Gulf Freeway Toyota. Setting up a service appointment was a breeze. Joe Vaske, the Service Advisor, provided excellent service, kept me informed throughout my v Toyota. Setting up a service appointment was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealership and Joe Vaske in the Service Department for all your service needs. I bought my truck here, too, and had a great experience with the sales team, as well. More
I paid $2,600 to get a tune up, my tires rotated, balanced and an alignment. I got a half job done and I am not satisfied with the advisor or the services. I was at Toyota almost from 10:00 am to 3:0 balanced and an alignment. I got a half job done and I am not satisfied with the advisor or the services. I was at Toyota almost from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and went back Saturday to receive both vehicles in the same status. I got numerous calls from the advisor and the loaner department saying that my car was ready and they needed the loaner returned to received my car the same. Toyota AutoNation is probably the worst place to get a car and get service. More
