I believe that the service department might be too busy and in a rush. I had to drive 4 runner back to shop after I got home and checked under the car to find oil leaking from oil filter. and in a rush. I cam on time for maintenance, after 5 min they asked if i would like a wheel alignment, which I don't have a idea if I needed it. Nobody explained why I need it. I went in for regular maintenance, and they tried to tell me that I needed an engine flush, a brake fluid flush, and a new serpentine belt (urgently). When asked what was wrong with the serpentine belt they me that I needed an engine flush, a brake fluid flush, and a new serpentine belt (urgently). When asked what was wrong with the serpentine belt they couldn't explain what was wrong with it. I subsequently had my father in law inspect the belt, and he said it was worn but not cracking or anything. I strongly suspect that they were trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs due to the fact that I'm a woman. The cost of my maintenance was higher than my husband's, and he got a whole new battery! Additionally, ever since I had my vehicle serviced by them, my car now has a pop-up saying that maintenance is required soon every time it starts, something I've never seen in my car and certainly should not expect immediately after servicing. I'm not impressed with this service or this dealership so far. More
