I took in my vehicle for maintenance. Very professional and quick. I was treated respectfully. However, I witnessed the rudest behavior of a service director towards an employee while wai Very professional and quick. I was treated respectfully. However, I witnessed the rudest behavior of a service director towards an employee while waiting in the customer lounge for maintenance on my car. He was yelling at an employee about something she did. He looked up and saw my daughter and I sitting right there in front of them. He continued yelling. We heard everything. He made some very rude comments. At one point he said something like, "If ya'll don't like it, go find another job." There were two other employees present also. One was translating for the one being yelled at. The other employee (Lauten) was clearly embarrassed that we were hearing everything. When he saw the look on the face of Lauren, he said to her, "You don't look too well. Do you need to go home?" Once the employee that was being yelled at went back to work, he said something like, "I don't know why she cries. She needs to find another job if she doesn't want to be told anything. That's why I need to hire my own people." My stomach started hurting and my blood pressure went up since I was using all the strength in my body to keep from punching him and/or cussing him out. Horrible, horrible disrespect to employees and customers waiting in customer lounge. More
