Marily who was the service writer was great, she explained everything well and kept me updated on the service. The two issues I have are, a lot of grease/oil smudges on the inside of my door and on the center console and the cost of the key FOB and programing charge which was $416.00. I think that is way over priced. Ace Hardware is $189.00 total but they have to order it I needed a key quickly verse thee weeks or so. The price for the oil change was very fare.
