I hope my next schedule service would be smoother and streamline. Last Saturday my appointment was at 8:30 AM and I arrived at service lane 15 minutes early. A rep. Come and check me in and ask me to wai streamline. Last Saturday my appointment was at 8:30 AM and I arrived at service lane 15 minutes early. A rep. Come and check me in and ask me to wait for the advisor. He did not show up until 8:45 AM. He told me he is in-training/intern not sure how to handle my MMP care coverage. He ask other advisor for help and they all provided him with a vague answer and directions. Finally, he handed to an another advisor to help me. It would be much better if the trainee was shadowing other experience advisor instead he on his own and confused. The advisor could not claim my MPP coverage and I have to paid out of my pocket. He said he called MPP and got rejected and doesn’t know how all my previous service at Auto Nation claim went through. He said it has to be 10k miles for claim eligibility. After, I went home and call MPP to confirm. I am entitled for oil change and tire rotation at 7500 miles or seven months. It seem like every time I schedule service at Autonation MPP care coverage never a smooth sail. I brought this care coverage from Toyota dealership when I brought my Tacoma back in 2019. This make me concern about buying care coverage my next purchase. More
I have bought 4 vehicles from this Autonation Toyota Gulf Freeway, and I love the way that they take your information and I normally leave my car. My last visit was for an inspection for which I had no appointment. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted by a service representative.
