Felt ignored when I pulled in. Had to run around and look for help. Twice. Took longer than I would like to finallly have someone come over and ask what was wrong with car. Left white battery substance on bolt near battery. I had the battery and terminal replaced. They could have at least cleaned all of the residue away from the battery area. The guy who did wait on me was friendly and I liked him. I guess I would go back but you need to greet people when they pull in for service. It was like pulling into a ghost town with no employees greeting me. More
