My service person is Pablo. 1) In July, I took my car to Toyota dealer because my a/c was not cooling. It had been a week and still without a car. I called and stopped by the dealer to get an update status on my car. I was told it had not been worked because they did not have enough mechanics. Finally got my car back 10 days later. 2) In August coming back from visiting my mother in San Antonio I heard a sound stopped and saw that the splash shield was lose and cracked. Took the car to Toyota so that they could see the damage. I was told the mechanic did not make any notes about the shield. In other works, it was not his fault the panel cracked. 3) Pablo said they would order a new one since the old one was cracked and it would cost ME about $300. 00. I told Pablo I was not paying anything because it was they fault the mechanic should have installed in correctly. He told me what about if we split the cost I told him find so that he could order the part. I August I took my car to have the new shield installed. Cost me $120.00 4) On October 6, I received a call from the nursing home where my mom was. They told me she did not have much time to live. I was about to leave to San Antonio that I noticed that the new panel was loss. I was upset because it had not been that long that the new shield was installed. My mother past away while I was waiting at the Toyota dealer to have my shield installed properly. I also asked Pablo to talk to the manger for a refund of $120.00 I had paid as of today October 17 I have not hear from him. 5) I have always owed a Toyota vehicle and have taken it to the dealer for service. I was very disappointed and upset that all these issues had happen. I am a patient person but this is not acceptable should have been installed correctly. 6) I am asking to be refunded for the $120.00 I paid on August 20. More
