Brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. The service advisor insisted something was wrong with the battery and that it needed to be replaced immediately. Only to later inform that no batteries were available. Then the sales pitches started. They seemed to be more interested in getting me to trade in my vehicle instead of providing the service that was scheduled. After 4 hours of waiting, my vehicle was returned with the license plate bent 90 degrees, gashes in my dash, and the battery terminals not screwed on. When I brought this to the Manger's attention, I was dismissed, almost ignored, and their only comment was to suggest I increase the frequency of my oil changes. #NotGood More
Went to drop off vehicle for maintenance. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Rick Aguilar to finish with other people’s checkin when I got there earlier than the people around me. When I asked me why he took the other people first when I had been there for already 20 minutes, he was unapologetic, defensive, and rude. Then when I pick up my vehicle again he was rude and disrespectful. He just seemed angry! He also didn’t ask me anything about the suggested services. I live an hour away from this Toyota and I was late to my appointment because of Ricks poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Rick Aguilar. More
