Brought my new Rav4 in for the first 5,000 mile service. I pre-scheduled the service on the dealer website which was very easy. The service drive was expecting me and the service writer, Marily, was polite, I pre-scheduled the service on the dealer website which was very easy. The waiting area was clean with plenty of tables to set up my road office. I found a table with power for my laptop and there was fresh coffee available. There were also several large screen TV's and comfy chairs. More
The representative was informed about my vehicle. Pablo gave me information about upcoming service needs although I am not sure why they inspect under the hood upon arrival for a oil change. Ricardo “Rick” is a very good service advisor. He and the parts department helped me find the tire pressure sensors I needed and he offered me a very good discount price to install them after havi He and the parts department helped me find the tire pressure sensors I needed and he offered me a very good discount price to install them after having to come and go a couple of time and not being able to reset the TPMS light. First because the dealership could not reset an after-market sensor that a non-Toyota shop had installed and the dealership could not replace it due to back order because of COVID. Then because they could not reset the light after I bought the OEM part at another dealership, had it replaced by the non-Toyota shop which the shop could still not reset, and this dealership figured out that I needed all my sensors replaced but they still didn’t have the sensors. The non-Toyota shop had suggested at one point to replace them all but did not do since they were all showing good. I was also hoping that the one sensor would reset the light since it cost so much to replace them all at the dealership. So again I found the remaining 3 sensors at another dealership and will be returning to this dealership to install them because of the very good discount and the excellent service. More
