Much better experience than other dealerships I have worked with in the past. I just wish that when you get a car wash along with your service, that it's better than it is. Anyone can drive a vehicle worked with in the past. I just wish that when you get a car wash along with your service, that it's better than it is. Anyone can drive a vehicle through an automated car wash. I was hoping for at least the inside cabin to be vacuumed as well. They were extremely friendly, had my truck checked with recommendations. Completed work on it quickly and explained issues and even had a short video. I came into the dealership, a little hesitant for my scheduled service. I did not have a great experience trying to make an appointment by telephone. I asked to speak to the service manager and let them know about my difficulties making appointment by phone. They were also very professional, and apologized for the hassle. The shuttle was provided quickly, and I enjoyed easy conversation with the driver. Justin communicated very clearly through text and was sure to get approval prior to any repairs after quoting the cost. I was a much more comfortable leaving the dealership after having such a positive experience with everybody. I’ll be back for my next service. More
