Made 8 am appt. to have diagnostics for my 2017 Highlander, due to some echoes in the radio and some occasional hesitation to accelerate in slow traffic. My vehicle did not require any repairs as no issues were identified, but it took over 8 hours to get my vehicle back. Mike was professional and friendly. Had to call him twice to get the part ordered. Once the part arrived, I showed up a few days later and I was promised the service was going to last l Had to call him twice to get the part ordered. Once the part arrived, I showed up a few days later and I was promised the service was going to last less than 1 hour but it took over 2 hours. I got in the vehicle and the part was not properly seated. They had to take my truck back into the service shop. 15min, the truck was back out again, this time with the part correctly installed. Overall I give the service department a three star rating for their mishaps. Originally I was going to give it two stars but Judith, the lady that sold me the vehicle was excellent, so she bumped it to three. More
