The service was good and the sales person that took care of my car was very friendly and explained everything very well. I took my car to get a oil change and the brake fluid change. When they removed the plastic cover on the bottom they didn’t but all the screws back. The guard was dragging on the ground. Online Booking: I requested an appointment online for installation of specific tires. I was not notified before hand that the tires I selected were not in stock. In order to have the tires I wanted installed, I had to pay for them upfront. Waiting Area: The waiting area needs more outlets and tables with chairs for those people that are working and need to plug in a laptop. Service Attendant: Justin offered me other brands since the ones I wanted were not in-stock. He explained the warranty information but I was set on the ones I had done extensive research on. I took my vehicle in because the wheel was shaking when I drive. MY car was left at the shop frim 10am to 4/4:30pm. The invoice shows that the issue was addressed but it is still shaking.
