I have been having issues with my 2011 Sienna's alarm going off at random times. This was the second time I brought my vehicle to the dealership. The first time, they talked me into getting a new battery going off at random times. This was the second time I brought my vehicle to the dealership. The first time, they talked me into getting a new battery, which I did. It was still a problem again, and I brought it back. I figured I'd give them ANOTHER chance to fix the problem. I even told them there was a TSB (technical service bulletin) on it. My service advisor, Adam, told me they couldn't 'duplicate the problem' at the dealership, which meant it wasn't happening at the dealership. Ironically, an hour after I picked up the vehicle, the alarm started going off randonmly while it was in my garage. I am super disappointed because I don't believe the dealership cared enough to find the source of the problem. I left the vehicle with them for 3 days, but they couldn't find the problem. When I asked Adam to have the service manager call me to discuss my concern, he ignored my request. It's clear that AutoNation Gulf Freeway is no longer in having my business. More
