This dealership is very respectful and fair. I brought my car in for a regular oil change and tire rotation service. They also suggested a few extra service items that my car needed but in a way that didn’t seem high-pressure nor forcing, which I experienced with other service facilities. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this Toyota dealership. I’ve taken my van in multiple times for the same issue, and after over a month in their service department, the problem is still n Toyota dealership. I trusted them to resolve the issue, but this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. This vehicle should be considered a lemon. I’ve brought my van to AutoNation Toyota multiple times for the same unresolved issue, and it’s spent over a month in their service department. Despite that, the problem still isn’t fixed properly. Yet they continue to claim that everything is fine. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted time, energy, and trust. This level of service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. More
