My advisor was friendly and said my repairs would take about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. She said they had to get some parts from another dealer because they didn't have them. Lo about 2-1/2 hours. Well after 3 hours I asked about my car. She said they had to get some parts from another dealer because they didn't have them. Long story short around 5 PM and I arrived at 10 AM I asked about my car. Well I mentioned a loner and she said oh yes but I didn't think you would want one. We have a Camry is that OK. I said yes and got the heck out of there. I'm disappointed there was not better communication between my advisor. She could have kept me way better informed and offered a loaner a lot sooner that she did. More

David was a great salesman. We went in with an amount that we wanted and he met our expectations without us telling him any number that we had in mind. They came back with the price range we wanted for that we wanted and he met our expectations without us telling him any number that we had in mind.
