If you purchase from here (i wouldn’t again) make sure you read your purchase order and the “fees” that are on there. Particularly a “400 dollar window tint” fee. I asked about it with my sales person, my finance person and was told by both that the tint had already been done. After taking the vehicle to someone who does tint, we were told there was no new tint on the vehicle. After calling this sham of a business out, all we were told was that, “sometimes it gets overlooked so bring the car up and we will put it on”. That’s not how this works, plus the vehicle is a 17 and the tint is fine. It’s a flat out scam and I would never do business with these people again. As of now, we were told we would get the 400 back, but as you can guess, we are getting the runaround about that as well. Stay away from this dealership More

The customer service was excellent. She listened to my concerns and addressed them clearly and promptly. I believe she demonstrated all values that Toyota has at the time of my visit. I had mentioned that one of the tires was going low but I didn't think it was due to the drop in temperature outside since it would go down 7-7lbs of pressure. I had already tried to address this issue with another AutoNation Toyota but I feel it was not looked into fully. The team at AN Toyota-Gulf Freeway listened to my concerns and put the extra effort into looking over the issue. Guess what...there was a nail in my tire.
