When I took my car in for the recall- the service was performed in a timely manner. I had them change the oil since the car had close to 18,000 miles on it and the service ref told me they recommended c performed in a timely manner. I had them change the oil since the car had close to 18,000 miles on it and the service ref told me they recommended changing the oil every 10 months or 10,000 miles. When I took my car in before the 24,000 free service expired, I asked to have the oil changed since the car was almost two years old. That rep told me that they only changed the oil every 10,000 miles. Had I know about the 10 months I would've gotten the free oil change and service that came with the 2 years or 24,000 miles warranty. I am disappointed that I had to pay for a service that should've been taken care of. More

My truck's service experience was smooth and flawless. Carlos Lopez, my service adviser, was very detailed and up-front.
