We have been taking our Corola since we bouth it, everytime that we received service from Autonation Cerritos, we are pleased. this las time , we were experiencing an issue with the day light, we ask everytime that we received service from Autonation Cerritos, we are pleased. this las time , we were experiencing an issue with the day light, we asked to take care of it, however, we're still dealing with the issu, it seems that something is not making proper contact, as a result, somethimes the day light comes on and sometimes it is off it's weird. I came in for the last covered warranty on my 2019 Rav4. I discovered the day of my appointment that the clip that releases the fuel door had fallen off and I could not open the fuel door. The part was no I discovered the day of my appointment that the clip that releases the fuel door had fallen off and I could not open the fuel door. The part was not in stock and I returned the next day to have the part replaced. I was surprised to be paying $280 for the basic service done. The clip was the only thing covered under warranty. I feel the cost of this service is high and will consider where my next service is done. More

Simple 5k maintenance, tire rotation and inspection. Inspection came back 36 psi on all tires, TPMS showed 34 in front left and 37 on others. It came back like that, no rotation. These guys just cleared the digital maintenance notification. I complain, they take it back, PSI shows as blank until I drive a bit and wait 10 seconds, PSI at 36/37 all around. No car wash, didn't give me a voucher at first, after they actually do a rotation, they give me 2 vouchers. I think in hope I don't leave a bad review? If you want to be able to trust that service you paid for is being performed, I suggest going to another location. More
