My first time at this dealership. Service Representative was on point. Only complaint is when I got my sienna van back and got home. I noticed new and deep scratches. I know it would be a big dispute and no proof when it happend. The sienna is my weekend car and I barely drive it and I do have OCD and notice every little detail in my van. I believe the service techs or porters scratched the heck out of my car when the park the car for service and park the car. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white claw displayed as well as his AirPods in. When I called to cancel my service I was told that they had let the servicer know and when I went to pick up my car, he didn’t know and it ended up getting serviced. Then I had found out the price that I was gonna pay was for RECOMMENDED service but not once did they tell me that the services they are about to do was recommended and I only needed the oil change. The final thing that happened was that when my mother said this price was too expensive, the servicer said to her “WELL THATS THE PRICE.” I will never be coming back to here. So disrespectful and unprofessional and they didn’t even care More
