I would have given 5 stars if I wasn’t told on the phone that appointments are scheduled by phone before 2 pm. The funny thing is it turned exactly 2pm while I was having the discussion on the phone. Overall, the staff was courteous, and I appreciated the customer lounge that was pretty clean and had wifi. The service itself was fine. Claudia is a great service advisor and kept me in the loop about my truck. She did all the warranty work in a timely manner and told me about some minor things that needed to be looked at and threw in a loop about my truck. We went there for a tire rotation. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! When no one contacted us,I went to the service desk to find out why its taking so long the service co-ordinator We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! It was very easy to make an appointment for 40k service , drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and right on schedule I received a call that my car was r drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time.
