I came to Toyota Cerritos because I needed and Oil change. The last time I came here about 6 months ago I really liked their service. The Service Advisor is Oswaldo Zamora, he really knows his job and explains everything that you need to know about your car and the service that he thinks is needed based on the history of maintenance that's on the computer. I've always owned Toyota's. AutoNation has always come through for me on any issues like recalls or warranties. The warranty on this part had been extended by the Manufacturer to 15 years with no mileage limitation. AutoNation took care of this for me for no charge and no questions. They even finished the job several days ahead of schedule. More
