AutoNation Toyota Cerritos - Service Center

I have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership both new and used and will not bring my car here for service! I bought a used car from them last year and because it was another maker, they gave me 3 com new and used and will not bring my car here for service! I bought a used car from them last year and because it was another maker, they gave me 3 complimentary oil changes. I should have never fell for the “free” because the service department sucks!!! Too many people standing around just tallying amongst themselves, service advisors don’t know squat and almost messed my car for a free oil change. I will continue to bring my Toyotas to other dealers because AutoNation Cerritos service is the worst and I definitely will not recommend!!! More

I had an appointment for my Camry regarding a recall. The service advisor was very nice, knowledgeable & she took care of my car issues promptly. When I asked her if you do car wash she gave me voucher, she took care of my dead car remote control battery ke took care of my car issues promptly. She called the guy for my paint issues & the guy was there right away. I am happy & satisfied w/ how Stefani handled me. I will surely be back there for my future maintenances for as long as Stefani will be there to take care of me. That means I’m transferring back there from another dealer. (I used to have my services done there - Cerritos years back since this is where I bought my car. But the service advisors I had on my last 2 or 3 visits were not so accommodating the reason why I transferred to another dealers, far but worth the drive. Oh they serve complimentary coffee & snacks like donuts, chips, snack bars even cup o noodles. You wont be hungry or sleepy while waiting in there lounge area. Hope you have at least complimentary coffee & donuts too.) More
