My experience with this dealership has been great every time I’ve gone for service until this most recent trip. When I arrived everything was great like all other times and my service advisor Ozzy was also time I’ve gone for service until this most recent trip. Shortly after getting on the freeway, I noticed my hood fluttering which is not normal. I had to pull over on the shoulder of the freeway and discovered that whoever worked on my vehicle didn’t close my hood all the way. This could’ve ended very poorly and is careless of the technician. Everyone else was great but I was not happy with the technician. More
