On June 23rd, I went to get my oil change for the car and they wasted 3 and a half hour just to change the oil. I am not happy and satisfied about the service. Made Appointment for the 15K Service Upon Arrival I don't get attended for more than 10 mins My Service consultant didn't attend me I was not explained what will be covered for this service. when don't get attended for more than 10 mins My Service consultant didn't attend me I was not explained what will be covered for this service. when they took my Rave4 inside for service I was not given any papers what so ever and this by Law is not Legit. once the service was completed, I go to cashier and they are bully too. No one explain Multipoint Inspection papers or anything that was done during 15K vehicle service to me even after asking for it. when I asked one of two cashier why , the lady replied that's not my Job as the rest Toyota team were abide so much by Law once you buy the vehicle there is not respect afterwards Worst team and no work ethics. Brought in my 2022 Tundra for a safety recall to fix the panoramic view monitor system (camera system). After picking up my truck, I found that my cameras were no longer working and I had to bring my truck panoramic view monitor system (camera system). After picking up my truck, I found that my cameras were no longer working and I had to bring my truck back for them to check it again. Only to find out that one of the parts (ECU) needed to be replaced but it will not be available until next week. In short, I went in to address a recall with the cameras working but got it back with no cameras working. Very disappointed that my truck is less safe to drive now than before I brought it in. No fault to my Service Advisor but I find it frustrating that Toyota was not better prepared to fix this issue. It’s my first time owning a truck, and I find the camera system very helpful when driving around tight spaces and parking, especially given the size of the vehicle. The time lost and the money spent driving back and forth to Toyota was not the experience I was expecting. Really hoping this is resolved very soon. More
