Fast and ez to get into Service Advisor. After Vehicle was picked up and arriving home noticed a console message that told me that I need to contact the dealer. I called the dealer and I was told to return to the Toyota dealer. I returned and the Service Advisor said he was informed by the mechanic that the console message would go away in a few weeks. (still pending) Dealer performed a tire rotation on my 1 st servicing visit. After getting home noticed that one of the tire valve cover was missing. I returned to the dealer the Service Advisor replaced the missing tire valve cover. My invoice stated the I need to return to the dealer again to replace a loose middle lid console. The Part was not in stock. (still pending) More
I love this dealership because I’m always able to get my car in and out with little inconvenience to me. I can leave it and use a loaner to go about the rest of my day or I can be dropped off at home or wor car in and out with little inconvenience to me. They let me know if they find other issues besides the one I’m there for before they begin the work and often I am given good pricing for being a loyal patron. They bay is huge so they can service many cars and typically the wait time doesn’t extend past what I am quoted. I’ve been going here since 2005 when I bought my first Toyota and I will likely Conor ie to do so as long as I own Toyota vehicles. More

It is an excellent dealership. I love to go there; it has always been helpful, but I only have one complaint about the last diagnosis that cost me almost $2000. The diagnosis was wrong by too many mechanics outside the dealership. I fixed what the diagnosis was saying, and the problem was still there, I fixed the breaks and the sounds started when I came back they told me it was the wheel bearing and it was not because I changed it twice and the problem is still there.
