AutoNation Toyota Cerritos - Service Center

I have prepaid maintenance package. And every time I cam for the service the term is always changed. When they sold the package they said it will take care of every maintenance my car n And every time I cam for the service the term is always changed. When they sold the package they said it will take care of every maintenance my car needs for the next two years. But.. 'We only cover this, not cover that.." that is the response I got from the dealer when I brought my car back for periodic maintenance. And always have to pay extra few hundreds bucks each time. I don't know. Maybe the dealer needs to be more clear when selling pre-paid package?? More

I had my regular appointment for general maintenance which was paid off when i bought the vehicle. I pulled in at 9;15 am and was out by noon as per the time given to me. during the waiting period I which was paid off when i bought the vehicle.
