The service was amazing David KWON was amazing at the service he made sure I felt comfortable and safe about my vehicle. The TV was crystal clear the service department it’s extremely clean so clean to eat off the floor. This is one of my best experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life deal with cars. I took my car to fix several factory failures and without any notification, they took my car multiple times to an upholstery shop in the back of a car wash that did not have any Toyota credentials, additiona any notification, they took my car multiple times to an upholstery shop in the back of a car wash that did not have any Toyota credentials, additionally, I had to continue taking my car because it would be presenting problems after the repairs made by the Dealer. I came to get a oil change for my car. I was told it would take 2 hours. It was completed in 1 1/2 hours and the representative Ozzy called me to let me know it was done.
