Your intake area and the representative were very good. They handled everything well. I went off to the waiting area while the inspection was completed. Oh my, you need to clean up this area. Chairs, tables, floors, walls everything needs a very deep cleaning. The exterior area where you pickup you vehicle needs a good power wash. These areas don’t speak for the quality of Toyota. Mr. Toyoda would be very disappointed. As a Toyota retiree, I know it takes a lot to meet these standards. I wish you well. The Mainteniance of my car was impeccable! More

I took my Toyota Rav4 for service and it’s an awful experience fro the advisor (Gordon) to the handler (Rich) the one who took the car and give you tue car keys, no customer service at all! What is the point of making a service appointment here? Really? Seriously a 2.5 hour wait for a basic 1st 5000 mile check up. The point of an appointment is to be able to drive in and be out fast.
