Called in morning and asked for Fleet Sales, sales person lied and led me to wrong department. Stopped by in morning, then called 30 minutes before scheduled return time in evening. After one hour of promis lied and led me to wrong department. Stopped by in morning, then called 30 minutes before scheduled return time in evening. After one hour of promises about $1000 over invoice, offer was $1500 over. Car was still not out and ready to see after 2 hours! (should have walked out). They aplogized and offered free security upgrade, then charged me $800 when for it when I was too tired to notice. BEWARE! More

I am a very serious shopper looking for a Toyota Corolla LE automatic w/ Audio Value Package. Power Toyota Cerritos said they had the car on special and for me to come on down, but would not send me an LE automatic w/ Audio Value Package. Power Toyota Cerritos said they had the car on special and for me to come on down, but would not send me an email to guarantee any price. I told them I am live an hour away and I'm very serious about buying this model car, but wanted to have a confirmed price before I drove down there. They said it's not their policy to guarantee price. Maybe their prices blow with the wind??? Sounds like a shady business, one that I wouldn’t want to do business with. And I would like to pass that on to others. Sincerely to all, J Calig. P.S. I did find a reputable dealer and got a Great Deal quote e-mailed to me. The car will be ready tomorrow; they started the paperwork with a FAX and Credit Card. I'll write about my experience there tomorrow :-) More
