I purchased a new Scion FR-S from Blake Boege the Internet Manager at Power Toyota Cerritos. I had a great experience! I had called in to the dealership and spoke with Blake. He located the FR-S tha Internet Manager at Power Toyota Cerritos. I had a great experience! I had called in to the dealership and spoke with Blake. He located the FR-S that I was looking for and gave me a specific time of arrival. I put a small deposit down to secure it and received a phone call about a week later. When I came in for the appointment he had the car already detailed and ready to go. He also had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I definitely went to the right place and sales person! Thanks Blake! More

My sales associate, Jose Contreras, was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to make sure I had the perfect truck that I was looking for. He wasn't constantly trying to "close the deal" like other p work with! He took the time to make sure I had the perfect truck that I was looking for. He wasn't constantly trying to "close the deal" like other pushy salesmen at other dealers but concerned about finding all of the features that I was looking for on the trucks we viewed. The General Manager, Kevin, was also extremely helpful and supportive and a pleasure to work with. The finance guys are not the same story. They were very pushy and seemed to be in a hurry to get me to write a check before I knew the details of the coverage I was looking into getting. I ended up getting the Lo Jack package but after setting up an appointment for it to be installed, no one showed up to the appointment and I have not been contacted since. I have yet to find out if I can return the $900 lo-jack package or if I am stuck with paying for a feature that I have not been able to receive 1 month after my purchase. More
