NO, NO AND BIG NO TO THIS PLACE (AUTONATION TOYOTA CERRITOS ), my brother and i went to buy 2017 Rav4 SE last week. first they told me the price is 32500.00. once we told them that we want to buy 2 CAR, 1 for m ), my brother and i went to buy 2017 Rav4 SE last week. first they told me the price is 32500.00. once we told them that we want to buy 2 CAR, 1 for me and 1 for my brother. they told us they would do it for 30890.00 out the door. so we counter offer them for 30500 and 0% APR. and they accepted the offer and send me an email with conformation statement with the price. so i went there yesterday to buy the car, we went there at 6:30 pm talk to sales person, he help us to pick car color, took out 2 cars for us, we did test drive again and fill out the paper work and waited more then 3 hours. finally time to sit down with MANAGER DANIELLE MAYNARD. (there is twist now) she told us that we have 2 choices, 1st choice they will give us 0% APR but the prices is now 31400.00 out the door, or 2nd choices is they will give us for 30500.00 but the APR is going to be 4.5%. THEY ARE BIG CHEATER AND BIG LIAR, I WOULD ADVISE TO EVERY ONE PLEASE GO TO CARSON TOYOTA. THEY GAVE US ACCURATE PRICE RIGHT ON THE SPOT. OIL CONSUMPTION RECALL This should be a RECALL. Came in first time to have my car checked in by Chris. Told to come back 1200 miles later. 3 hours wait. Returned today 7:40 This should be a RECALL. Came in first time to have my car checked in by Chris. Told to come back 1200 miles later. 3 hours wait. Returned today 7:40 appointment. I explained to them that between 3000 miles oil service my oil would be almost completely empty because I noticed my wife's Camry was shaking. It was the lowest reading possible barely anything on dip stick way below Low! I had to fill 3-4 quarts but was getting nervous not to overfill and ruin my car(blown engine). So when they told me my car PASSED!!! I went ballistic!! I told them it's normal for 2007 Camry or any car to have to add 3-4 quarts between 3000 miles oil change. After first escalation Oscar who brush me off. I got Denise. My guy told me Denise has Conference calls every Wednesday!!!! So waited for another 45 minutes. 7:30-10:30 that's 3 hours. Rep said he would come get me never did or Denise per rep. So waited in front of his office until I got Denise. She told Me this is NORMAL!!!!! I told her I'm going to start writing letters and email. My 2007 with almost 300000 miles does not do this. My brother 2006 corolla does not do this. More

Also mislead and false information giving about warranty at the time of purchase by Customer Financial Service Manager stating blatantly untrue statements when promoting the product at the time of purchase. Horrible service liners and Main manager will not even contact you back. He had about four different managers call me to lie again and state he's busy with other customers for 4 days straight. Dealt with finance sales Manager Aaron, General sales manager Mark Bell, Customer Relations manager Claudia Noguera and the Finance Director that never called me back till this day James. All liars and just refer you to each other but never care to come to a resolution or help a customer they sold a vehicle to with issues. More

Terrible Experience Their sales, Rachel agreed to sell me a 2016 Camry SE at $20,100, so I took my wife and kid exciting to this dealership to purchase the vehicle. When Their sales, Rachel agreed to sell me a 2016 Camry SE at $20,100, so I took my wife and kid exciting to this dealership to purchase the vehicle. When we got there, Rachel was off that day, and the sales manager tried to sell me another vehicle with lower MSRP. I told him this is not the vehicle that Rachel confirmed with me and I showed the emails that Rachel wrote to me to the sales manager. The sales manager just simply said Rachel made the mistake and he cannot do it at the price Rachel confirmed to me. My 4 year old daughter keeps asking me why they lie to us. This is a very terrible experience for my family. More

The internet manager Danielle and the kid Ryan are the only 2 things this place has going for it, every other aspect of this place is miserable!!!My w The internet manager Danielle and the kid Ryan are the only 2 things this place has going for it, every other aspect of this place is miserable!!!My wife and I were there late with our newborn to complete our purchase and we heard multiple sales guys talking crap about customers loud enough for other customers to hear...ummm ok..then the finance part was even worst, the rep Alex was super nice until he found out my bank was paying the loan and that i didn't want the warranty or gap from them, why? because my bank was taking care of it at half the price they were offering, but wait it got worst, turned out Alex knew my uncle and that turned into him almost begging for me to buy the warranty to help him with his "points" ummmm I don't care who you know I'm not paying more for something to help you with your "points" at this point hes now pouting while finishing my paperwork in uncomfortable silence!! Thought it was over?? NOPE, I get home from my 100 mile drive and notice the floor mats are missing so I shoot them an email asking about them and was told they didn't have any for that car but could give me some for $129???? I have purchased many cars in my life and never have I gotten one without floor mats!! Sent the GM an Email and not surprised to get NO response!!! This place is a Joke!! go somewhere else!!!!! More

I however did record the conversation and will call Toyota and email them everyday until Kevin, the GM of Toyota follows up with making sure this Denise is talked to and this problem resolved. I have called 3 times and talked to the GM secretary and left a voice message. I will continue to follow up everyday. More
