Awful experience, no hospitality shown to me at this dealership. No complementary water and the vending machines to buy a beverage was out of order. Car wasn't ready to be sold. Your intake area and the representative were very good. They handled everything well. I went off to the waiting area while the inspection was completed. Oh my, you need to clean up this area. Chairs, tables, floors, walls everything needs a very deep cleaning. The exterior area where you pickup you vehicle needs a good power wash. These areas don’t speak for the quality of Toyota. Mr. Toyoda would be very disappointed. As a Toyota retiree, I know it takes a lot to meet these standards. I wish you well. The Mainteniance of my car was impeccable! More
