I dealt with at least 10 dealers while shopping for a car. I appreciated this dealer’s honesty and no-haggle, adequate pricing of their used vehicles. You scan a barcode and voila! I am disappointed because Toyota Dealership schedule me to come in to have the airbags on my Toyota replaced. They asked if I wanted to wait while they replaced the airbags. I waited in the waiting room to come in to have the airbags on my Toyota replaced. They asked if I wanted to wait while they replaced the airbags. I waited in the waiting room for a long time. I kept checking to see if they were done. After about two hours, when I asked again, they said the car was ready to pick up. They did not have the airbags in stock, they would need to order them. A loss of gas and my time. So disappointing. More

The customer service in the sales department was outstanding. The finance department did their job but did not add anything to my positive experience at all.
